Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging, with no product names or intimate-product branding visible. The sender may appear as VELES GROUP. Tracking details are sent by email.
Are your products body-safe?

We prioritise established intimate-wellness brands and display manufacturer-supplied material and compatibility information whenever available. Always check the product page and product instructions before use. For lubricants, check compatibility with condoms, toy materials and any personal sensitivities.
Where do you ship?

We currently deliver only to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
How long does delivery take?

Orders normally dispatch within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 - 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking is emailed once the parcel is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. Available cards, mobile wallets and local payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

We do not offer cash on delivery or manual bank transfer, and Ero Lounge does not store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact info@erolounge.com as soon as possible. We may be able to change the delivery details or cancel your order before it is prepared for dispatch.

Once preparation has begun or the parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Products cannot be added to an existing order, and separate orders cannot be combined.

If cancellation is no longer possible, your statutory withdrawal rights may still apply after delivery. You can use our Withdraw, cancel or return an order function for eligible purchases.
Returns, withdrawals & faulty items

Most EU consumers have 14 days from receiving eligible goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. You can exercise this right using our Withdraw, cancel or return an order function or by sending a clear withdrawal statement to info@erolounge.com.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken following delivery. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

For a standard withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they were sent.

Faulty or non-conforming goods are protected by the minimum two-year EU legal guarantee.
